Set your calendars for Eurowerks 2008 on June 14th at the historic Grain Belt Brewery in downtown Minneapolis. Last years event, Trashwerks, was a huge success, especially considering it was it's first year. This year, the name has been changed and so has the venue, but it promises to be bigger and better than last year. All European makes and models are invited. Pre-Registration ends the 20th. Unfortunately, it's the same day as the 14th Annual GERMAN CARFEST in Shakopee (Memorial Park). I believe it's hosted by the local MBenz club. Here is the info:

I went to both events last year and I can tell you Eurowerks blew the German Carfest out of the water.

If you like rich, old geezers, go to Carfest; if you love modded euros, hanging out with fellow enthusiasts, and seeing something of everything, go to Eurowerks.

The Carfest moving to Shakopee kills it; the downtown St. Paul venue was awsome, now it's just going to be another show. I'm psyched to see Eurowerks at the Grainbelt brewery!
