So, I just sold my '09 CTS-V. Loved the power, but looking to venture into the Porsche world. I'm actively searching for an '06-'08 C2S.

Any advice for the uninitiated?

 

I have an 09 V and an 09 Turbo...you might miss the torque of the V. I would suggest test driving a C2S and a Turbo.

 

I know I'll miss it. But, budget dictates much right now. The 997 Turbo is out of my range of options. I could buy an older 996 turbo, but I just struggle so much with the interior that I don't think I could do it. I sure did love the torque of the V...

 

What is your budget? I've seen 07-08 C2S in the price range of higher mileage Turbo's.

What color was your V?

 

I need to be in the $40-$45k range, really. I have too much other stuff going on to comfortably invest more right now. My V was radiant silver and I had the factory polished wheels powdercoated a metallic charcoal color.
