Thanks, gents The IROC is actually a rare bird documented by GM Historic Archives. About 240 cars were built in 1987 to commemorate Camaro's 20th anniversary. Half of those cars (or less) were equipped with the Police Performance Package (different gearing, auxiliary oil cooler, special cam providing a 25hp boost). And this is the only one I know of that is a "Brass Hat" IROC as it was ordered internally by a GM Executive. It's a #3 car, but has a fascinating history with extensive documentation. I partly keep it to annoy the neighbors, but have been tempted to part with the car if the price is right since the Pcars have my full attention now.

Chariots of Palm Beach? I think that is the car and WOW what a car it is. I looked at it for a while....LOL....glad to see it went to a good home. Hopefully i can check it out this spring/summer.
