Thanks Tommy,
Your green was an inspiration.
Not many new '07 RS's are changing hands right now. Yes, at one time this was owned by Fred. Now, minus a few stickers.
Didn't help to have buddies like Lig and PJ, when asked "Should I do it?"
That is an incredible car. I saw it in person in OC in April or May of 08. I was really impressed and Fred takes very good care of his cars. I can't wait to see it again.

I want a car so violent that the mere thought of full throttle would cause a heart attack. That actually going wide open throttle in would result in nothing less than instant death!

Thanks guys on the color. Coming from an all silver fleet a white or green RS was at the top of my list. Of the offers I had out there on a couple of white ones, was able to come to a mutually agreeable deal on the green.
It's an RS, any color is cool. What a cop magnet it is.
Currently, it is quiet with the OEM exhaust system. But, not for long. Charles at ASP is building a full RSR pipe for it!
Special thanks to Roy Cats of Cats Exotics for brokering the deal which allowed me to take advantage of the WA State tax credit on my GT3 trade-in. I will post a separate thread to describe how that worked.
I hope that it's not going to be a long winter...

Spotted today on a walk the best spot to roast marshmellows in all 50 states and Tommy's newest car color......2 tone......Lava Orange....See how the real Carbon looks against it, none of this cheapo Carbon Fiber crap.
Don't forget to go to the macadamia nut plantation/factory (Mauna Loa), the pie factory (to die for, Macadamia Nut Pie Shop in Kona) and there is a chocolate shop one block north of Costco in Kona that sells the yummiest chocolates of the islands. Hmmmm, no wonder I gained 8 pounds on our last trip there (laying on the beach all day and eating good stuff in-between).

Was driving on my way home and saw this little thing coming up in my mirror. I grabbed my phone and snapped a few pictures of... an Alfa? I didn't even know Alfa's were sold here. I know Peugeots were, my dad had an '89 505.
