Thanks guys.. this has been my wife's little project and she really has sunk her heart and soul (and my labor) into it. we really have grown attached to it especially as nice weather approaches. someone will be very happy living there. if it doesnt sell realitively soon, we are going to rent it out. just wanted to put that out there should anyone be interested in renting a nice waterfront home..

You're right about the map -good catch Bruce. It appears the software is finding the point for Church Lake RD and not Church Lake DR.. hmm, wonder how I can get that fixed...

Update.. PM me about my finders "incentive".. I had a thread briefly up yesterday but it was removed for violating rules (sorry VSE Chuck) but if you ask me in private than I can certainly tell you what I am offering to the person who buys or finds a buyer for my house
