Nominations are open for a meeting spot for October. So far we have met twice in Bellevue, and once each in Tacoma, Kent, West Seattle, Black Diamond and this month in Maltby. Probably a southern location for this month would be appropriate. I'll start by suggesting Anthony's Homeport in Des Moines or Bahama Breeze in Southcenter. Have at it folks!

And don't forget Redmond - that hot day out on the patio.

I think I might be the one guy around that loves seafood, but can't stand Anthony's Home Port.
I'd say that Bahama Breeze is a good call. They have this section of the restaurant that they always give to large groups (we had it for a couple of work functions) so we could get the 15 or so seats we need relatively easily.

Anthony's Home Port SUCKS and I eat Seafood 2 times a week minimum
I vote for our 1st Lunch Spot again..
Thai place near Benchmark etc...Don't remember the name.
SouthCenter doesn't hurt my feelings but isn't Bahama Breeze Not very good food? Where else is down there?
Southcenter area has the following sit-down restaurants:
Stanfords
Claim Jumper,
Red Robin,
Bahama Breeze,
Newport Bay Restaurant,
Cheesecake Factory,
Olive Garden,
BJ's Restaurant,
Dukes Chowderhouse,
Joey's,
Racha (thai restaurant),
Outback Steakhouse,
Applebys,
Tony Romas,
California Pizza Kitchen,
Famous Daves BBQ... there are a few more out there I can't remember.
We did a little 6Speed lunch @ BJ's ages ago. That's where I met Jodi, Mark, and CV for the first time. That place was pretty good. I've been back a couple of times.
The food at Joeys is pretty good too.
Mark posted the concept, and I think I'll reiterate it here, any positive thoughts on doing a dinner so that more 6ers can attend? I know that we have a good group at each of these so far, but maybe it could be later to let more people make it out?
Southcenter area has the following sit-down restaurants:
Stanfords ( is this ok? )
Cheesecake Factory
BJ's Restaurant,
Joey's ( this isn't that bad )
Applebys ( not really that bad but tough to get group I bet)
California Pizza Kitchen ( I would eat here if they would block a spot off)
Famous Daves BBQ (VERY Good food can they get us all in?)
I've only done take-out at Famous Dave's but the building used to be a Cucina Cucina I believe, and the building is fairly large, I'm pretty sure if we make a decision on that place, we could all get in.
