After completing the installation of the KW suspensions DDC System on this Audi RS5, it was time to get the alignment dialed in via the adjustable SPC Upper Control Arms due to the RS5's new ride height. We consider this to be a preliminary adjustment, which will be followed by a complete alignment + corner balance once the springs have settled.

We have everyone tucked away inside our 11,000 sq. ft. facility located in Green Brook, NJ.
A bit of snow isn't stopping the RSW Service Team from performing upgrades on our customers' vehicles! BMW 5 Series N54 receiving a set of AR Designs downpipes today!
When you begin to hear a brake related noise on your vehicle, that is a sign to immediately stop driving and resolve any issue that may be present. It is not a notification to continue driving without worry. Don't run your pads down to metal and let them grind half of the "meat" off your rotors. A vehicle's braking system is not something to let go to chance, and certainly not something to risk injury of your self or another driver on the road.

It looks like the Assembly Lab has a fresh set of rebuilt 4.2L V8 Cylinder Heads ready to be bolted back up to the short block!
The guys are busy today playing a little bit of catch up from last weeks Snow fall. Several vehicles in for 2.0T TSI Timing Chain Services this week!

After the replacement of the subframe cross brace on this B7 A4 it is time for the Service Team to get it fully re-aligned and back in the customer's hands!

We hope everyone is safely arriving to work this morning, after a slight delay the Service Team is back cranking on all cylinders. First up today is this completing the heater core replacement in this Saab!
Taken care of some emissions related repairs on this Audi Q7 3.0TDI this morning.
With the latest round of winter weather the RSW Service Team has been servicing, repairing, and overhauling European Luxury SUV's to ensure 100% trouble free operation for their owners!
This afternoon we have been putting some diagnostic time into both this BMW X3 & X5 to resolve a few areas of concern!
Despite last night's frigid temperatures this BMW E90 M3 V8 powered 4 door sedan still made it down to our HQ to have a bit of service work completed on it! We appreciate seeing our customers take their vehicle's maintenance seriously!
BMW X5 in for Repair & Diagnostics this afternoon. The Service Team is working to resolve a few issues with the rear suspension.
Looks like this B6 S4 equipped with a new rebuilt 4.2L V8 might just be running before the days end!
Clean Audi TT in the shop taking care of a few service related repairs today.
The beginning of yet another engine build always starts with a complete tear down and inspection!
Definitely an SUV type of week at RSW, this is the 5th BMW "Truck" we have completed repairs on!
Nice thing about perfectly level surfaces, they are GREAT for checking ride height!
The RSW Service Team is ensuring this Q7 is as safe a possible during the Winter months, time to get that old rubber off, and a new set of meaty tires on!
This Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI came into the shop to resolve a CEL (Check Engine Light), our Team found the vehicle had a non-properly functioning Diverter Valve as well as a bad fuel pressure sensor! Our oh hand in stock inventory allowed for an in/out repair and minimal downtime for the owner!
Holy Carbon Build Up! This vehicle has over 100,000 miles, and the carbon goes from the chamber walls to the back side of the valve!
The build up is robbing both fuel economy and horsepower!
Yup, the Service Team can take care of all the modern day Volvo owner's needs!
The Service Team has been working diligently all week on this B6 S4 to get it finished. The vehicle literally came to us in 100s of pieces & several different boxes. We are happy to say that after an extensive engine rebuild it is finally now 100% back together! It's time to get some miles on it before it's "ok'd" to be returned back to its owner!

Our technicians confirmed our fears once the boroscope showed how bad the damage was... stay on top of your timing chain services on these new motors. Preventative maintenance is always cheaper in the long run!

Our first segment covered the three most basic and readily adjustable of variables, they were Toe, Camber, and Caster. Today we are going to touch on three other important variables when it comes to chassis and suspension tuning, those are sway bar changes, spring rate changes, and corner balancing.

The Spyder is getting some love from the Service Team this morning!
It's a little salty out there on the roads! This GTI made the trip down to the shop from PA for a Complete Alignment + Corner Balancing Service!
This Mercedes Benz C-Class is the shop for Diagnostics as well as a Lube, Oil, Filter Service!
VW Golf R in the process of receiving a front sway bar upgrade, as well as a subframe dead set kit.
How do you all like the interior upgrade with the new carbon fiber equipped wheel?
With this past weeks low temperatures we have had several vehicles in the shop for coolant / heating system repairs.
This Audi A6 Avant was towed to our facility in Green Brook, NJ to address a significant leak in the vehicle's coolant system. It is important to address these types of leaks immediately, and the Service Team at RSW is here to help!

This Passat 2.0T FSI is in this morning to to have it's DSG transmission removed and completely rebuilt / re-sealed after previous repairs from the "other-guys" didn't go so well.
The Service Team is a big fan of the 210 chassis Mercedes Benz, when well maintained they will last forever. This E320 is receiving a transmission service as well as complete complimentary inspection!
