The Weistec Stage 3 Supercharger Upgrade is complete on the W211 E63 AMG. The Owner is absolutely ecstatic with the final outcome!
Word of caution is you see this in your rear view mirror MOVE OVER! The Weistec Engineering Stage 3 E63AMG is a beast!. . . and if you happen to not SEE it, you will certainly HEAR this monster behind you.
The guys out in the shop are wrapping up the installation of the trunk cooler tank for the Weistec Engineering powered SL55 AMG. We will have some videos for you all later this week!
With increased HP there are several other factors that must be taken into account. As the Weistec Engineering Supercharger upgrade is completed on this SL55 AMG our shop foreman takes the time to go over the entire vehicle to ensure everything is ready for road testing. Not to mention ensuring this Mercedes Benz's brake fluid is fresh, and fitting the new HRE Performance Wheels & Michelin Pilot Sport 3's!
The R888 & FlowForm HRE Performance Wheels are really setting an aggressive tone to the APR, LLC. Stage 4 MK5 GTI!

Although we like to share all the performance "projects" we have in the shop, we are completing routine service / maintenance on VW, Audi, BMW, Porsche, a Mercedes-Benz on a daily basis! This 3-Series is in this morning for scheduled maintenance service to keep it running in tip-top shape!

Lexus IS-F Rear differential when just completed a rebuild on, including the installation of a OS Giken Limited Slip Differential. No better upgrade to help put HP to the ground!
This Audi A5 2.0TFSI has an appointment with our Service Team today for the installation of an upgraded down pipe / exhaust system. We will also be preforming the corresponding ECU re-programming to ensure the owner is able to extract ALL of the gains available from the upgrade!
Audi B7 A4 2.0T FSI in for diagnostics today! We never start any repair without first completing a full vehicle inspection to ensure the entire overall condition of the vehicle is taken into consideration prior to starting a lengthly / costly repair service. Our Service Team always ensures our customers understand the full scope of what is going on this their vehicle prior to making any decisions.
This is what our team would call one bad-*** AMG. Upon completing the Weistec Engineering 5.5 Supercharger upgrade, we began the process of building a custom fully TIG welded 3" X-Pipe solution to mate the Dyno-Comp Long Tube Headers to the Miestershaft Performance Muffler(s). The end result is intense, you would never expect the snarl that emanates from this little 2 door convertible. Video coming soon!

It's Friday, lets mix it up a bit from the regular euro-****! We bring you a few shots of the monster 8sec 1000+RWHP drag car built by a good friend of ours that we completed a full alignment on yesterday.
The Fox body is making some test passes later today, we hope they are straight & fast!

We are so happy to be embraced by the local MINI community for all their repair & service related needs! This Cooper S is in the shop for diagnostics due to having a dead cylinder with no compression!
Mini motor just about ready to be removed for internal engine repairs!
Who out there loves the BMW E39 chassis? It is one of our favorites! Today this 5 Series is in the shop for a throttle body replacement to correct a rough running condition.

[B]Things are moving along nicely on the JHMotorsports Inc. 4.2L V8 S4 Direct Port Nitrous install. We opted to hide everything as much as possible, and the complete bottle / opener setup cleanly fits beneath the rear trunk floor…

Its Monday, the Service Team at RSW is fired up and running at full speed already! Starting the morning off with tearing down this chain driven B7 S4 V8 engine for a bit of internal repair work!
The lab has a new project this morning as well. . . we introduce you to this B7 RS4 6 Speed Manual Gearbox in for a complete rebuild!

V10 Equipped Audi S6 in for a 100,000 Mile Service yesterday. We also took advantage of the large service and setup our customer with a new set of Hawk Pads, Stainless Steel brake lines, and fresh brake fluid. To finish off the vehicle it received a complete 4 wheel alignment on our Hunter Engineering Company Corporate Hawk Eye In-ground Alignment System!

Looks like its going to be a transmission rebuild type of week. Also in the assembly lab is a B5 S4 01E for full rebuild!
The B7 RS4 transmission has been torn down, and the problematic components have been identified, new pieces from Germany now en-route!
This Maserati Quattroporte is in the shop today for a complete Alignment & Corner Balancing service on our Hunter Engineering Company Corporate Hawk Eye Alignment System!
The lab is busy this week, Audi V8 cylinder heads getting torn down and ready for a dip into the hot tank before the fresh rebuild!
It's great seeing the local avid track going PCA members bringing there Porsche's into the shop! This Cayman is in for a few repairs before an up-coming event!
D2 S8 in the shop today for initial inspection after a shredded timing belt! Time to get our digital borescope out and inspect the level of internal damage!
Pair of V6 2.8L Audi heads being torn down for valve replacement for a 3.0L Stroker build for a B5 S4 this AM!

After a bit of tear down we found the issue with the Maserati Grand Coupe. Internal bearings to the Torque Tube have ceased to operate smoothly to say the least . . .

We're going to start this lovely week off with a bit of advice. When doing any sort of work on shock absorbers, DO NOT involve the use of a "vise-grip" on the shafts. This was a costly mistake by another facility . . .

HRE Performance Wheels equipped Audi RS5 up on our Hunter Engineering Hawk Eye Alignment rack this morning!
Love the HRE Performance Wheels S101 on the Audi RS5, oh yea and the Sepang caliper color change!

This TTRS is here in the shop with us for transmission repairs. I think we're going to be seeing ALOT of these in the near future.

The guys in the shop are cranking out supercharger installations! Check out this ESS Tuning VT2-625 we recently completed on a E92 BMW M3 our blog!
The mid-level intercooled E9X M3 VT2-625 supercharger system produces 625hp and 410lb-ft of torque at 6.5-7psi of boost. A 211hp gain over stock, which is more than a Mercedes SLS Black Series. Featuring the newly developed, self contained Vortech V3 supercharger unit in Si trim, the supercharger is capable of producing up to 775hp.
