This afternoon a very good customer of ours brought in his newly purchased Porsche 997.2 Turbo. Our Service Team gave the 911 a thorough inspection, lube oil filter service, and ditched the factory stock exhaust system's tips in favor for Fabspeed Motorsport Quad tip setup.

Something a little different getting finished up this morning in the shop. The RSW Service Team took on the upgrade of the entire suspension system on this C6 Corvette.

It received a complete set of fully adjustable coilovers as well as sway bars front and rear. Next up we are getting some miles on the system, then its time for final ride height adjustment, alignment, and corner balancing!

BMW 335d in the LAB this afternoon for Electrical System Diagnosis. Our Team identified an issue with the passenger side headlight, unfortunately the control module for the Adaptive Lighting is no longer operational. After extensively checking the wiring to the module, the controller was replaced, re-programmed, and re-coded!

N54 BMW X3 is getting rather extensive oil leak repairs completed. Upon arrival the entire engine was covered in engine oil. Our Team located (3) distinct leaks: Valve Cover Assembly, Oil Filter Housing Seal, as well as the engines oil pan.

The RSW Service Team is beginning the morning with teardown on this S54 engine. It came into the Lab with prior internal engine damage, we will be swapping the turbocharger system, and standalone onto a replacement long block for the owner. Stay tuned for progress...

Our Shop Dinan Engineering BMW M4 made it into the showroom yesterday after spending the weekend at NJMP. It will be a short stay due to the re-model scheduled for the front end of the building.







Local PCA Member brought his 996 down into the shop to upgrade to the Porsche X51 Oil Pan to upgrade the internal pan baffling system.

 

Our Team is working with the owner to gradually upgrade this 991, and document power increases each step of the way.

Phase II underway! Lyndyn is getting busy upgrading the intercooler system on the Porsche Turbo S this afternoon. Over the coming weeks we are hoping to see 800HP+ with the use of upgraded turbochargers! Stay tuned!
