The Audi RS7 is so capable as it comes, we think there are a few select areas of improvement that are too good to pass up. Our Performance Partners at Akrapovic and Milltek Sport take their exhausts as seriously as Audi take’s their super sedans!!!
In all honesty there are some cars that are so good right out of the factory these days that they don’t NEED to be modified. Now, that is obviously just an opinion and we understand if and why you feel otherwise but the RS7 is probably one of those cars.

It's not all EURO this morning, our Service Team has a Honda S2000 receiving proper suspension tuning...Complete Alignment & Corner Balancing.
What is Corner Balancing you ask? As the name suggests this involves very accurately measuring the weight on all four wheels at the same time. What’s the point? Well the amount of weight or pressure on each tire will affect the amount of grip that tire has. So our Team precisely adjusts vehicle weight on all four corners until reaching a proper balance.
Ladies & Gentlemen we have all known about BMW’s S65 V8 Rod Bearing issue for a good few years now, but we feel like we keep learning every time we have another car come into our shop to complete a preventative Rod Bearing replacement.
This particular example was extremely low mileage, (under 30k) No track time, no other engine modifications, purely used as a fun street car, but obviously given the low mileage not driven extremely often.
It was apparent the owner loves his vehicle, unfortunately all the love and caring in the world cannot prevent the Rod Bearings in a S65 V8 from the inherent clearance issue.

Start this Friday off with a taste of DESTRUCTION. Limit of these 2.0T FSI pistons was surpassed. Look closely and you can see the multiple fractures. 3 of the 4 pistons from this particular engine were in this condition.

Turbocharged vehicles love free flowing exhaust. The most restrictive part of the exhaust on the CLA 45 and GLA 45 cars is the downpipe.
The Weistec Engineering M133 Downpipe for the CLA 45 and GLA 45 is designed to have the best possible flow without any permanent modification to the engine or chassis and even makes use of the factory exhaust hanger. Countless hours were spent designing and testing the downpipe to ensure OEM fit and finish as well as prevent any check engine lights.
Right off the turbo, the downpipe has a 3.5” diameter, perfectly matching the outlet of the turbine housing. The 3.5” pipe routes down under the engine to a flex section. After the flex section the piping tapers to 3” diameter. This section of the pipe uses a V-band connection to mate with midpipe that runs between the engine and the subframe. The midpipe mates to the factory or AMG sport catback exhaust.
While our Dinan Engineering Stage 2 F82 M4 is in hibernation mode waiting for the Snow to melt outside their is another BMW in the shop this morning receiving a heart transplant!
The Saad Racing Turbocharger E467 M3 is receiving a long awaited replacement engine this morning!

Our Service Team is starting the first day of February off with a complete KW suspensions Variant 3 Installation on this brand new F80 M3. A proper car needs proper suspension if you wish for a lower ride height while also maintain excellent ride quality!

The snow can't slow our Team down. Today marks the beginning of what will be an epic journey. This BMW F82 M4 will be receiving a Turbocharger Upgrade, Dodson DCT Transmission build, and Upgraded Rear Axles from DSS.
Today we start the build with a comparison of the factory BMW S55 Turbochargers vs the new upgraded Xona / Tial Hybrid turbochargers!

Starting the weekend off on the right foot... Audi S8 paid our TEAM a visit this morning for more POWER via APR, LLC. Stage 1 ECU Upgrade.
The APR Stage I ECU provides +171 HP and +191 TQ over factory rated horsepower. Not bad for 45 minutes of your time!
SL 55 AMG (Weistec Engineering Supercharged) is in for pre-op today. It will be getting a complete run-down by our Team prior to tear down for Weistec's M113K Forged Pistons & CNC'd Cylinder Heads. Say hello to more POWER!

BMW M4 Update #1: This morning our Service Team began the build & upgrade of the F82's DCT Transmission Clutch setup. The Factory components will be replaced with Dodson Motorsport Complete Sportsman DCT Upgrade. Stay tuned for more updates.
VW 2.0T TSI Rear Main Seal Failure Repair this morning for the Service Team.
Akrapovic Exhaust System for the BMW M5! This exhaust system is made of our proprietary titanium and consists of dual-outlet mufflers with exhaust valves, flow-optimized pipes, and a unique cast X-shaped part with resonators.
The Evolution Line lowers the back pressure and gives the BMW M5 more power without removing the catalytic converters. It increases responsiveness and offers a big difference in weight. Sound is improved too, with a deep sporty sound that growls to an aggressive roar when driven hard without drone.
Complete the look with a set of four exquisite tailpipes in titanium or carbon fibre.

Audi B8 S4 3.0T Number 2 Today to receiving an APR, LLC. Upgraded Supercharger Pulley!
The APR Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is the answer. Spinning the supercharger faster increases air flow and effectively doubles the low-end gains of Stage I. The gain in torque is felt immediately, but the results are present from beginning to end adding up to 80ft-lbs and 108 horsepower at all four wheels!

Things are escalating quickly on the BMW X5 50i Engine Out Service. Now our Service Team is ready to get into the nitty-gritty of Valve Stem Seal Replacement, Intake Valve Carbon Cleaning, and Engine Harness Replacement.
BMW M6 receiving Dinan Engineering Dinantronics Upgrade this afternoon. Stage 1 Maximum Power: 680 HP, 644 lb-ft of torque.
Fit & Finish of the AMS Performance Audi S4 3.0T Supercharger Cooling System Upgrade is Top Notch!
Porsche 997.1 Carrera S in the shop this morning for track prep for an up-coming event down at NJMP. Our Service Team is performing a brake pad upgrade, complete system flush, as well as suspension setup!
When the details matter. Its one thing to be able to install "performance" components, its an entirely different thing to be able to set them up properly.
Nothing better than gaining +98 TQ and +74 HP in 30 minutes with APR, LLC. Stage 1 ECU Upgrade for the MK7 Golf R!

Back to where it all started for our Owners, the Mark 4 GTI / GLI Platform. Today this clean GLI is in the shop for regular servicing!
It's Friday, lets build some engines! Audi B7 RS4 4.2L V8 engine getting re-built in the lab! We are looking forward to the completion of the re-build because then we get to start the full FSI RS4 swap on a GREAT customers B7 S4 Avant. This project is going to be pretty EPIC.

OEM+ Big Brake Upgrade for the Audi S3 this morning. It received a complete TTRS Front Brake kit including calipers, rotors, brackets, and SS braided lines! Great bang-for-your-buck when compared to upgrading to a complete 6/8 Piston Brembo Aftermarket kit!
