Progress continues on the Stage 3 RS7 Turbo Upgrade on this Audi S7 this morning.

The stock turbochargers & downpipes have been removed, and the AMS Performance 4.0T Cooling System has been installed in preparation for more POWER! This upgrade offers 634 HP / 671 TQ on 93 octane fuel and 707 HP / 714 TQ with race fuel!











Looks like this 700HP Audi S7 is going to be ready just in time for the weekend!







The Service Team is taking the suspension up a notch in this Dinan equipped BMW 228i with a set of Bilstein Coilovers and Fresh Alignment!

Audi's 4.0T Engine has had great success in the S6 / S7 / RS7 / S8 over the past few years. Now that our Team is starting to see them in the shop with higher mileage we are beginning to dig into repairs of failed components.
Today we are replacing this S6's PCV Valve. As you can see tare down is rather extensive just to get the component out of the engine, but it's now the opportune time for the RS7 Turbo Upgrade!

BMW E92 335i in the shop to diagnosis a fueling problem, our Team was able to get the N54 back into fighting condition with a new set of injectors.

Our Team recently finished the Installation of the Akrapovic Exhaust System for this beautiful BMW F85 X5M.

Constructed from lightweight high-grade titanium – with complex parts made in Akrapovič’s in-house foundry – the Evolution Line provides a weight saving over the stock system, and increases power and torque throughout the rev range.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) has been designed to meet EC/ECE type approval as a plug-and-play system and fits directly onto the BMW X5 M’s stock downpipes.

3.0T Engine Breakdown to locate what our Audi Experts believe to be a spun rod bearing. This will be the first major 3.0T failure we have seen on our shop after servicing & upgrading 500+ models over the years.

Why? Even though brake fluid is in a sealed system it has the ability to absorb moisture over time, which will lead to corrosion in the brake system. Moisture also lowers the boiling temperature of brake fluid, and that can reduce braking effectiveness in repeated hard stops.

This morning the RSW Service Team is performing a complete system flush on this BMW X5. Since we are all a sucker for performance upgrades we upgrade the fluid in every vehicle to ATE's Type 200 Fluid which has a significantly higher boiling point then most factory issued fluids.

Audi A6 2.0T suffers from a failed timing chain tensioner and damages engine beyond repair. Our Team is tearing it down and replacing with a new 2.0T TSI with our entire updated timing chain kit!

Audi R8 V10 #2 of the week is in the shop for complete post purchase inspection (still has temp. transport tags), oil change service, as well as addressing a leaking shock!



As we are starting to see the 3.0T B8 S4 age we have numerous customers that have surpassed the 100,000 mile mark. One of the maintenance related items we are continually seeing is oil leaks on the lower oil pan.

A/C Compressor replacement is done now on a V10 R8. This repair is rather invaisive due to the amount of components that have to be removed to just gain access to the compressor itself.



Time to get the old rod bearings out of thei E92 M3. Our Team is always interested to examine the level of wear of the connecting rod bearings.
