You will need probably 700-800hp to achieve 200mph in the 1 mile distance.
We had a built LSx V8 in an FD this year that runs mid 10's@140mph+ n/a and we were able to get it to go 196mph best. That was with a head/crosswind of around 15-20mph I think at the TX Mile Fall 2009 event. Removing the mirrors netted an additional 2mph approx....
With a front air dam to keep air from under the car, narrower front tires (we had 275/35/18's), and maybe lower the car even further.... and no headwind 200mph could be possible at the power level we had. This is all motor as well.

408 ls2 stroker with a truck manifold 80mm setup will be more then enough if it will fit. I dont know what people are doing as far as turbo manifolds for these cars with lsx based motors.

Those look like decent sized guys Im thinking upwards of 67mm. That car with 67's would be insane I think 1000whp in a FD with a G force t56 would be INSANE and break 200mph in the standing mile with ease.
