Porsche panamera eisenmann exhaust

Hi guys,

I've just modified my porsche panamera 4 with eisenmann exhaust. The sound is great when accelerating above 3000 rpm, but what i noticed is when im at low rpm between 1800 - 2500 rpm, the sound is terrible. Especially when im on highway driving 120 km/h - 135km/h in 7th gear or climbing road.
Any suggestions?

The tone is extremely high, like u cut the exhaust somewhere in the middle. Its like an old vacuum cleaner very noisy

Would you consider it a severe droning noise?

Thats your only solution. It is a problem with the design. So either redesign your existing exhaust, go back to stock, or get a new one.

I'm sorry to hear that. Three years ago, I put a set of Eisenmann on my PTT and I had the same problem with droning when the engine has some load (like going up hills) at low rpms. I could not live with the noise and had to have them taken off. It's too bad that Eisenmann has not addressed this issue in three years.

Can't he modify the existing exhaust by adding 1 more resonator?

Sounds like a exhaust silencer to me. I had to put on those for my Lexus before, the exhaust drone going up hill at around 2K rpm was super loud my wife and I couldn't hear each other talk. after putting the silencers on, was a world of difference, no exhaust drone and cabin noise.
