Great color combination. The sport steering wheel with the paddles was key for me. It feels more natural using those instead of the buttons.

Thanks! It's a dream car for me. Actually I prefer the carbon multifunction wheel but getting used to the paddles.

Awesome car! Enjoy the thrust. It really is addictive, although I have only experienced it in my '15 991 TTS where it is about as close to teleporting as it gets.
After several years of equivocation I replaced my A8 with a Pan GTS yesterday so have just gotten back to this forum.

Congrats! Good move on the PTT. Just so you know, I had a '14 Panny GTS that I kept for 6 months and replaced with a PTT. While the GTS was fantastic, I just missed the power of the TT. I had '12 CTT with fabspeed cat bypass plus a tune and I couldn't adjust to the lack of torque on the GTS. The GTS has plenty of get up and go, but you have to push it pass 4K on the tach to get some real movement.

On the other hand, the PTT hauls *** at 1,500 RPM.....One thing you MUST DO! AND I AM USING CAPS BECAUSE IT'S A MUST, GET THE FABSPEED DP'S AND SPORT CATS. Those things are crazy and the quickest 50HP you're going to pick up without stressing the engine!

It was a close race, let me tell you! Do you think the GTS handled better? I think with both in sport plus they are basically the same handling wise. The low end torque is VERY nice. The exhaust is opening up with break-in. I don't feel much lag at all either. The engine revs really quickly too.

I agree with gelmachine. The fabspeed dp's with high flow cats really opens it up without adding drone or excessive noise.
