Panamera 4S V8 transmission noise. HELP!

Dear guys,

i notice there is some 'wave grinding noise' on my panamera 4S v8.

it only happen on 7th gear from 1000rpm to 1400rpm when i put in a little load with my right foot.

attached is the video. if you notice the rpm needle actually skips a little and that is when the wave grinding noise is noticeable.

will need to turn on the volume to have better hearing

any advise and any idea what could went wrong on my car?

hopefully forumers here could help me out

I had this problem on my '10 P4S a couple of weeks ago. I had 22" wheels on it and they replaced the transmission and blamed it on the tire diameter differential front to rear. There are zero 22" tires for these cars that fall within "spec" and I'm having to go back to 20's in stock tire sizes to avoid damaging it again. Tough pill to swallow, but I have no choice. Car had 35k mi on it and is babied when driven. Sad stuff.

When I say the same problem, I mean exactly the same. My video is identical and so was the noise.

I am having the same issues the rpm gauge is ticking a bit and when you give acceleration it makes that noise almost like you hit a rumble strip. has anyone figured out what this is?
