Pix of Don Wallace's collection / McLaren F1, Veyron Pur Sang, CLK GTR, 911 GT1, etc.

I was browsing www.supercars.net when I came across these pix from the St. Petersburg Festivals of Speed.

http://www.supercars.net/gallery/119513/1793/1.html

I believe all the following cars belong to Don Wallace.

I'm 99% sure all of the above cars are owned by Don Wallace.

- McLaren F1 w/ high down force kit and LM motor.
- Veyron Pur Sang
- CLK GTR
- 911 GT1
- Regular Veyron

I'm not sure if he owns any of the following cars which also attended the event.

After seeing this video of Don Wallace's garage, it seems the regular Red/Grey Veyron may not be Don Wallace's. In this video he has a Red/Black Veyron next to his Pur Sang.

Maybe the Red/Grey Veyron belongs to the "Swap Shop" guy?

You can also catch a glimpse of Wallace's Enzo and Cuda from Barrett Jackson in the pix.

BY THE WAY, CREDIT FOR ALL THE PIX GO TO ALEX MARKS AND WWW.SUPERCARS.NET.

Yep, pretty sure they are all his. They were all roped off specifically for him to display his own section of cars at the event.

Here are my photos from the event as well:

A native of Tennessee, Don moved to Florida with his family as a teenager. He finished high school in Tampa and returned to Tennessee to take up farming. He remained in Tennessee for almost nine years before returning to Tampa with thoughts of opening a landscaping business. As fate would have it, Don sold his own RV through the newspaper, making a profit. He then bought two more RV's, sold them also making a profit. With these successes as inspiration, Don decided that this would be a pretty good business to go into.

He approached his father and brother about going into the recreational vehicle business. Then in 1976, Don, along with his father H.K. and brother Ron, opened the "Lazy Days RV Center" in Tampa, Florida. The original business was located on a 1.75 acre site with two travel trailers as inventory and virtually no capital. The rest is history. Under Don's leadership and keen business sense, Lazy Days RV Center has grown to over $600 million in annual sales delivering over 8,000 RV's a year. This sales volume makes "Lazy Days" the largest RV dealership in the world - almost four times the size of it's next largest competitor.

Don sold his company in July 1999. Being a strong believer in giving back to the community, he and his wife, Erika, now serve on the boards of numerous community efforts while raising their two small children.
