Thanks. I have had 2 different investment groups offer me $300k so my hope is for a private buyer to meet me around half-way on the price, especially as I get closer to completion of the new house.
Another drop to $379k, and that still includes a credit for re-painting the interior if someone does like the colors (worth about $4k), or use it for closing costs.
