Not sure where to post this, however I was looking to buy a Porsche 997 Twin Turbo and to my luck, I have found a decent 997 TT in Florida however was involved in an accident and fixed. The dealership has almost nil information on maintenance, repair, tune up or any other performed services. I did however receive from the dealership, the following: Description: Front Bumper Cover-Condition: Dent/No Paint Dmg-Severity: 1"-2". The Severity description I do not understand. There was also PDR/1. What does that mean in regards to severity of the damaged portion of the car? Thanks in advance.

Those remarks sound like a report from manhiem and are very vague. PDR=painless dent repair as stated above.

 

yep.. they are most-likely reading you remarks from a Manheim condition report...

 

If you're serious I would have it checked out by an idependent body shop but it does not sound severe or alarming.

 

Or have the dealer check it out during a PPI. which you should do anyway to verify the engine has not been over revved and all of the other benefits that come with piece of mind.
