Plain and simple.....show up, meet some great people, see some great cars, participate in the "People's Choice Car Show" and have a casual lunch. We are spreading the word to the Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz and VW communities. The hotel will have a buffet lunch set up specifically for us. Following is the menu and pricelist: MAKE YOUR OWN SALAD BAR Mesclun Greens, Cucumbers, Shredded Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Black Olives An Assortment of Fresh Made Salads Assorted Salad Dressings SANDWICH BAR Chef Will Slice to Order Warm Pastrami, Corned Beef, Roast Beef and Turkey Rye, White, Whole Wheat Sliced Bread and Kaiser Rolls HOT FOOD Cream of Tomato Soup Spicy Fried Wings Swedish Meatballs Penne Alfredo Vegetable Medley Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes BEVERAGES Bottle Water Cans of Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite PRICES ITEM / TAKE OUT / DINING IN SOUP / $2.91 / $5.25 SALAD BAR / $4.50 / $9.95 SANDWICH BAR / $5.30 / $10.95 SOUP & SALAD / $5.56 / $9.95 SOUP & SANDWICH / $6.36 / $10.95 ENTIRE BUFFET / $7.68 / $14.95 BEVERAGES / $1.00 / $2.25 PRICES FOR DINING IN ARE HIGHER DUE TO UNLIMITED TRIPS TO BUFFET ITINERARY 11:00am Upon arrival, proceed to the rear of the building and enter the parking garage. You will be directed where to go. Cars of the same make will be directed to designated parking areas. Everyone will receive a "People's Choice Car Show" ballot. Those interested in entering their cars in the "People's Choice Car Show" will receive a car ID Tag. This tag needs to be filled out and displayed on your dashboard during the event. We will have a maximum of 8 classes as long as there are 5 cars or more in each class. They will be for Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, MINI and VW. There will also be an award for Best of Show. 11:30am If you are planning to be in the "People's Car Show" you MUST ARRIVE BY 11:30am. Late arrivals will not be included in the car show. 11:30am to 1:30pm Enjoy the people and cars and food and mark your votes for each class on your ballot. 1:30pm Ballots must be turned in to the ballot box by 1:30pm. No exceptions!!! 2:00pm Show winners will be announced at 2:00pm. Winners are strictly based on personal preferences by the people. WHERE IS THE MEET? The meet will assemble on the top level of the parking garage in the rear of Sheraton Crossroads Hotel on Route 17 in Mahwah, New Jersey. !!!!VERY IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL ATTENDEES!!!!!!! The hotel was gracious enough to allow us to use their facility. THIS IS A HIGH CLASS FACILITY AND THEY WILL NOT TOLERATE SPEEDING, EXCESSIVE NOISE, BURNOUTS, RACING, DONUTS OR ANY OTHER IRRESPONSIBLE ANTICS. They will not hesitate to call the police if they sense disrespect. All attendees are asked to respect the hotel property, management and other guests.
