SharkWerks/Carlsen Porsche Bay Area Meet September 22nd in memory of Luis Aldaz #77

Hey folks, it's been over a year since we had the last group meet so pencil in your calendars for Saturday September 22nd. After having been to Santana Row this weekend and seeing more Italian cars than Porsches Brian and I figured it was about time we showed up there with 100+ modded P-cars

I've spoken to Gail (Luis Aldaz' long-time partner) and we thought it would be appropriate to dedicate the whole event in memory of our favorite and sadly departed friend Luis Aldaz. There is no doubt he would have been the first person on the list and of course the loudest. Gail had the nice idea of us putting a small decal on in memory of him and so we'll be handing those out for you to place on your windows. RIP ole buddy...

The plan is simple as we'll meet for Coffee/Doughnuts at Carlsen Porsche in Redwood City @ 8am. We'll chit-chat drink up and then leave for Santana Row @ 9am and will arrive over there at around 9:30-9:45. If anyone has any ideas for lunch etc... let us know but otherwise we'll hang out there as usual and pick up on some of the "drives" that happen from there.

As a side note, Modified Luxury & Exotics will be covering the event so if any of you budding camera-boys/girls want to submit some photos please do, otherwise we'll have a couple of seasoned pros there.

This just in: Carlsen Porsche will also have the 997 Turbo Cab on display as their launch car

also, I have also spoken to a few RS owners, who are non 6speed members, but would want to join in on this. There are under 200 RS's produced and I believe we can get over 10 here for this event!

That could be fun but we need some help putting that together etc... with what's happened earlier this year we're all a bit tentative of a "big" run
