Did the milk soak into the mats? Was there a lot?

Either way, you could spray them down with autoglym interior cleaner and let the product soak for a while. Then come back with a clean mf towel, and wipe everything clean. Same goes for the actual fabric upholstery in the car. If there was a large volume of milk spilled, you may want to have someone professionally steam clean the interior areas that were effected. Hope this helps.
