dont think i missed it... but AWD or RWD? and would you share your launch technique?

 

AWD now. 4.5-5k quick clutch slips and ofcourse GT2 slave,master clutch hardware. Consistent 1.8-1.9 60's on the street, with an occasional 1.7 if I get lucky.

 

Nice runs! Coming from a couple of Evo's & racing one the other night that traps 133 I know firsthand!

Are the listed mods the only ones you have? How much boost are you running? Any dyno numbers with this setup?

car has Tial K24/Gt3076, 72# injectors, EPL tune, 2.5" turbo inlet pipes, EvoMS intake, catless cargraphic exhuast, diverter valves, IPD Copetition Plenum 75mm, 75mm OEM throttlebody, stage 3 clutch, gt2 hydraulics, 997ssk. i run 1.35bar ~ 20psi ..... not 24psi like the videos state...

Almost exact same mods I have-only difference is I got rid of the Evoms intake & I'm running Tial Alpha 3071's
-Same injectors-tuned by Tony @ 1.35 bar-I have turbo inlet pipes- RPI headers & 3" catless exhaust-IPD 75mm Plenum & TB-Speedtech Ypipe & I also have 3.5" Markski IC's w/ 2.5" ends-man wish we lived closer to see how they run side by side-maybe a road trip is in order ;-)

 

do you have any numbers from your car? i dont think my car is as strong as the new Alpha cars. i also have stock ICs. i thought speedtech Y pipe was for blow through setup cars... how come you got rid of the evoms intake?

 

prodigy: Did you DIY the IPD plenum on your car and if so did you drop the motor for the install?
