Yellowbird has arrived

The original Ruf Yellowbird has arrived on U.S. soil and is living on Ruf Autocentre's showroom floor for a little over a month. An open invitation goes out to all to come experience a breathtaking view of Yellowbird (CTR 1) and a Yellow CTR2 Sport side by side.

That car sparked dreams of Porsche ownership for me. Glad to see that it's still in one piece!

This car is unreal. Puts 996 Turbos to shame, even most of the highly modified ones. Not bad for 1980's technology.

That's under the worst conditions. These things develop more than that for sure.

In typical RUF style ...

Wasn't it AdamT from here who had bought this car? Or were there more than one just built? Every time I hear "it's THE Yellow Bird", meaning there would only be one ...

RUF has always understated their horsepower it probably has at least 50 more than advertised.
