I still have the custom fit car cover that I had made for my 911 sitting around. I paid $300 for it plus shipping, and I'll sell it for $200 shipped if anyone wants it. It's made of Weathershield fabric, which is the best stuff out there. I think I had it on the car two or three times. Very compact, but offers fantastic protection. Oh, its made for a turbo, but I'm sure it would fit a regular 996. It would just be a little loose.
