Here are three photos of the actual wheels which were taken off the actual vehicle.
After removed, they were immediately sent off and professionally powder coated with the original factory OEM color. There were a few minor scratches from removing the tires and I wanted to have them taken care of professionally but now they look 100% factory original. No scratches at all!

Cayman Carrera s III Wheels
Hello,
Can you tell me (or can you find out) what the highest temperature was used in the powder coating of these wheels, as they are susceptible to issues after being exposed to temperatures over 325 degrees.
Thank you very much. (I am interested in the wheels).

Even if the powder coat process reached the range of annealing temps, it would not have any adverse effect on the alloy's strength ---- in fact, it could possibly improve it. They also allow the rims to cool gradually on its own over the course of an hour since cooling too quickly could cause potential problems.
I hope this answers your questions. I doubt he would do anything which would compromise the integrity of the wheel. He's been making wheels for Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren and Ferrari for years and there's never been any issues. We have tracked all the above cars/rims and never had any issues either.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Jon
