We need to get something going....

The Norcal guys are kicking our Arsses as far as planing events are concerned. We need to get something going, whether it be a group dinner, go karts, strip club, whatever ha.

How about ALL SoCal 6speeders show up in one place and donate something for the fire victims? It could be a big event - a chance to meet and see lots of 6speed SoCal members, but most importantly - it's helping those in need.

Maybe some of the more experienced event organizers from this forum can start this (coordinate with Red Cross or Salvation Army or other non-profit group)

Maybe this can draw a good attendance from our SoCal members. After the event, then, we can all head to the nearest Hooters for a drink or two (and pics)

I posted in other forums for more responses and hopeful we can have a big gathering.

We usually have a nice turnout at the PCA monthly breakfast at Woody's Diner in Newport Beach. There is no meeting so it is just an informal breakfast and you don't have to be a PCA member to attend. It's the 4th Saturday of every month.

I went to the Porsche swap meet today and seen some nice cars and lots of vendors. Mostly stuff for the older cars but did see a 991 Turbo S, a 959 and a sweet 993 Turbo race car.
