buying a new hub might be the best bet or you may end up with countless injuries... sometimes the stupidest of things are the most annoying

^^that's what i'd do, its not hard to find a hub for the A4. this was the front wheel?

Snap-on makes a socket that will work. Or have someone weld a bolt on top of the bolt and twist out, but don't burn the wheel.
