For fair comparison, find an OCT chipped V10....has to be dialed back/limited due to torque numbers from what I read a couple years ago. It pushes 700 ft-lb properly chipped!
OH I know the power you can get out of the diesels but when your starting with a NA engine making 310hp and 302tq its not in the same relm as a turbo V10 with 553tq. We give the lil V8 a healthy bump to about 420hp and 385tq. That should make almost any one happy.
well, the tdi would most likely blow up if you stuck a supercharger on top of it's twin turbo design.... for the tdi you can very cheap, by comparison, ecu tuning which have amazing results. google "oct" as well as "powerchip"
