I started a thread awhile back trying to get some opinions about the Graham Chronofighter, Rolex Deep Sea, Bell & Ross and Glashutte Sport Evolution. I've narrowed my choices down to the Bell & Ross chrono and the Glashutte Sport Evolution Chrono. I've done some homework about the Bell & Ross and came away feeling that they're overpriced for what you get. They do look cool, but probably no more durable than other watches in this catagory and an average movement. I'm even leaning towards waiting and getting one of their quartz Aviator models instead of an automatic. The Glashutte Sport Evolution Chrono (with the black and red synthetic/leather band and in 46mm case) looks amazing in person! Problem is, all I know is that they make their own movements in-house and are owned by the Swatch Co (which I'm not too thrilled about for some reason). So, does anyone here have any feedback on Glashutte? Do you feel like they're in the same league as Rolex, Bell & Ross, Panerai, GP or any other mid-level (approaching high-end) watch quality? I'm a big fan of A. Lange & Sohn watches and wouldn't expect the same level of fit, finish and movement quality of a Lange, but also want to invest in something of high quality. From the looks of the watch in person, it looks to be every bit as nice as a GP or Panerai but I'm by no means a watch expert and wanted to gather other's opinions as well. Thanks.

I have to admit, I'm still not very happy about Saturday's performance against OSU.
Enjoy your time at school. LOTS of great memories to be had! I think I may need to look at going back for a second tour!

I'd say GO follows a similar path with Lange and is one of the most famous German watch companies along with Lange. I do not know much about their sports-line, but their iconic watches exhibit amazing workmanship.

please take a look at the following link for GO.
The design cues for their pano line is very similar to lange.
I've put a link for the PanoRetroGraph, with amazing complication and engraved swan neck. If you take a look at the links below the post, you should be able to see the panomatric lunar which resembles the lange 1, as well as the sport evolution that you are considering.
read that GO supplied watches to nazi pilots during WWII. that was it for me.
...and Ferdinand Porsche personally gave Adolf Hitler a model car for his 50th birthday and based on your avatar, that hasn't seemed to dissuade your purchase of a Porsche...
The fact of the matter is that nearly every employed engineer who lived in Germany at that time contributed somewhat to the Nazis (ex: planes in the Luftwaffe used parts from BMW and Daimler-Benz, among others).
Back to the subject at hand, GO by a mile. You really don't see these as often as you should

Between the two- Glashutte. Consider Rolex, AP, Panerai, and IWC especially for resale value. Like a Chevy, the Bell and Ross will be worthless once you walk out of the store.
Still don't understand why we don't mold Brock this season instead of using Sullivan. Sullivan has no accuracy...
Also don't understand why we don't utilize Bass... kid is a runner, and with no playing time the only place this kid will be running is to a different program...
