Have been directed to possibly inquire about a watch in the Palo Alto store and was wondering what people's experience has been with the store. Is it a solid store that is financially there to stay? I want to make sure that although the discount sounds good, the AD is a good one.

I've bought 4 watches (3 Rolex, 1 Panerai) from Geoff at Shreve at the Palo Alto store. He knows a lot about watches and is great to deal with. They've been around for a long time with their flagship stor in downtown San Francisco.
