JMTC I love the 360 image and wheels I think you make a geat product and market it very well, only issue I see is;why are new orders no delay but old orders are? Is there a reason I am missing because it would seem you would want to take care of those waiting more than those whom have yet to pay?

I understand you need to pay for th enew growth with new sales but customer service is what keeps you in business

I have every single email and if IB will allow me I will post them all. Stop blowing smoke and take care of your business. It was not 2/18/09 that we ironed out the details it was earlier than that, 2/18/09 is when we signed the actual agreement between our companies after some misunderstandings and I have an email from you telling me you did not hold up our wheels during this time and that they were still on schedule for 2-3 weeks. The wheels were due to arrive the last week of February, 1st week of March the LATEST! I told you I had an event March 14 (about 4 weeks even from when you claim we ordered the wheels) that I had to have the 2 sets by and you said no problem. You did not respond to a single email, phone call, fax that was sent in the last couple weeks before the event asking where the wheels were untill I suggested that maybe I should drive down there to see you face to face when you again promised me the wheels by the event. Well the 14th rolled around and yep, no wheels and again you wouldn't answer phone calls or emails so hell yea I cancled the order and told you to credit the card. Of course as expected you never did and when I called your "accounting department" she told me that you guys no longer take credit cards only CERTIFIED FUNDS (scary) and thatt she has no way to do a credit so I would have to do a CHARGEBACK and she would ok it as soon as she saw it. I did so that same day (the 15th) and to this day the chargeback has NOT been authorized.

Stop lying and stealing everyones money Jordan. I was starting to consider you a friend and was really looking forward to working with you, however, I wouldn't touch yorur company or wheels with a 20ft pole at this point and I hope you are removed from this forum just like everyother one. I don't wish you or your company the best, you are a scam artist at best. If you have a problem, you have my number (Its the one you told your staff to not put through to you) and address Jordan. Maybe you can come bring me my refund in person...

I find it hard to believe that such a renown company "blowes smoke"...
Even though many of us read a lot of stuff about 360forged on many different boards,up to this date I never have seen a print out or anything that proves that those people really ordered at date X and did not get any response whatsoever..

Renown? They have great looking wheels and photos... Every story on every forum about them is a horror story...

Like I said, do your homework and order at your own risk... Learn from other's mistakes or become another mistake...

That thread has enough links to other forums and even the original poster of that thread has been f'd in the butt by 360F. I think you'd have to eat paint chips at this point to be qualified/educated enough to order from them.

They don't respond to anything on that forum. What a surprise.

My neighbor also had issues with 360 on his order and had to do a chargeback for a set of Z06 wheels. I believe he is a member and I will have him contact you Chuck

From what I've read on mbworld and corvetteforums, I think its a little beyond "issues" and already well into the "fraud" category. They are no longer sponsors on those forums because they failed to deliver orders and sold used rusty wheels as new. There is a 13 page thread with all the juicy details on mbworld, CLS55/CLS63 subcategory.

Glad I got directed to this thread. My screenname on m3post is PunjabiM3 (I also just registered on MBWorld with the same screenname given the thread over there). I ordered my wheels back on Dec 22. The finish date on the invoice was Feb 23. That was 5 weeks ago. Every time I call 360 I get a different excuse as to why I have not received the items. I went ahead and called Mastercard 8 days ago and disputed the charge. I gave 360 a deadline and they failed to meet it. I requested a refund from 360 and am getting the run around on that as well. I am hoping Mastercard will protect me; I have a temporary credit that has been issued by them and hopefully it will be permanent soon. There is a record of my frustration with 360 under a thread in m3post and I have posted on there pretty much after a lot of my recent conversations with them.

I just want my money back and will order through a reputable company that can stay true to their word and treat their customers nicely given the price of these wheels. If I had known what I know now about 360 and given my dealing with them, there is no way in the world that I would have ordered with them. I have purchased many different wheels for my various rides over the years and never had any issues. If 360 has any bit of dignity left in them then I hope they themselves will refund the full amount back onto my CC. Otherwise, I am hoping Mastercard will take care of 360 for me...
