Jay, we don't want links to those threads here as they have not been controlled and there is a lot of bogus info in them...we are much more interested in long time members of 6 speed like yourself passing your info to us...I will make sure that Adrian gets your information and thanks for posting

Jay...mirror image of my circumstances a year ago....I was lucky enough to eventually get refunded by Amex after a while...kind of like a Ponzi scheme only with wheels...those in the beginning are the lucky ones....

Your wheels were built...they didn't have tires....they aren't a tire shop...i know this because thanks to your cancellation i now have my wheels...

They take a long time to build the wheels but they aren't taking your money...

m34jlp..we are glad that you got your wheels and that may give some members hope that 360 will eventually come through (we certainly hope they do)..probably didn't hurt that you are in Miami...this thread is more about members who have not received their wheels or refunds but thanks for the info...I can see where wanting tires and wheels could be a problem but that is something that could easily be communicated to a customer and they could then say well just send me the wheels...that would be too easy and there must be more to this story..

I completely agree...just giving my side of the story...don't even want to get too involved...just wanted to relay to the boards that the wheels were ready...if this post is gonna spin the whole thread off...please let me know and i will delete it

This thread doesn't surprise me one bit.... these guys obviously spend more time doing photo shoots and spamming all the forums incessantly than actually taking care of their orders and customers.

Ponzi scheme comment above about sums it up....

I'll bet the guys who have complaints against you would LOVE to read more about you smoking your $75 cigars.....

I wanted to post because i have seen so much **** becoming uncovered in the last 6 weeks or so. Although usually 3 sides to every story, all storys seem to show / prove that 360 was in the wrong.

What m34jlp is saying (as he also posted on m3post) is that 360 Forged called him and told him that a customer (me) canceled his order and asked if he wanted the wheels since his order was still out a ways. His comments above were basically expressing to me that why didn't I just have 360 send me the wheels and that I could have just bought tires from Tirerack and had a local shop mount the tires. The deal was already done back in Dec to have wheels, tires, and tpms mounted and balanced. It would have been a hassle for me to get all that done here since the M3 is my only car. In the end, 360 still took too long and I still do not believe that it takes 10+ days to get two tires in from their supplier. And every time I called it was still a different story. But this does show that the wheels I had ordered have been passed on/sold to another customer (m34jlp) and I do not see why 360 should have any problem giving me a full refund...

Guys, all we can say is that we're working on everyone's orders. Everyone will get their wheels as soon as possible. Sorry for all the delays, but unfortunately this is the situation that we are forced to deal with. If anyone would like to cancel their orders please give us a call and we will take care of you. We're putting the company through some major changes right now hopefully to better itself in the future and to not have these issues again.

So normally I could not,or better would not want to afford wheels of that price,but what if I really said "well,let`s try it" and pay a few grand per credit card.
I mean those wheels really do look good...BUT
How long would it take from ordering to opening the boxes at my house?
And who or which legal terms guarantee that my money can`t be lost?

I think there is plenty of information on this thread now thanks to Chuck and the other posts regarding lack of communication and non delivery of the 360 wheels. It's information like this that keeps me coming back to this site. I hope all the affected sixspeeders get their refunds or products soon.
