To the question about Ace from Malaysia - it's been resolved.
New orders are 3-5 weeks guaranteed, 30 old orders are delayed, 100 are in normal production. All old orders are being handled and we are in constant contact with these customers.
Evan, you have initiated a chargeback for $2000 which we will not dispute.
Guys, all we can say is that we're working on everyone's orders. Everyone will get their wheels as soon as possible. Sorry for all the delays, but unfortunately this is the situation that we are forced to deal with. If anyone would like to cancel their orders please give us a call and we will take care of you. We're putting the company through some major changes right now hopefully to better itself in the future and to not have these issues again.
I just wanted to chime in and say that Jordan personally called me about my order this morning and I have (and still have) faith that 360 will deliver. Every company has growing pains but it says something that even with all the negative "press" they have received on the forums lately, they are still here making wheels. If they really were a "ponzi scheme" as some have said, they would've started to close their doors down and head for the border when people started to catch on the their scheme

I called 360 yesterday inquiring about my refund. My wheels have already been passed on to another customer (m34jlp on m3post) and he has posted pics of the wheels mounted on his car. When I called 360 they said they are unable to process any orders or refund via CC. I hope people are not dumb enough to pay 360 via cash or check. They stated to have my CC company do a chargeback and that they would not dispute the chargeback. We will see...

Told me the same thing... Funny/scary that they can't even find a credit card merchant services company that will take credit cards from them.... Guess thats what happens after a bunch of chargebacks... Friday will be 3 weeks waiting for them to "OK" my chargeback, good luck with yours lol

I've been researching new wheels for the last 3 weeks and almost went with 360. I think I'll follow this for awhile before I have the same PROBLEM
This guy is making his dollars with a big mouth the hard earned money you were giving him,hoping to get some nice wheels.
And he is even proud of it and feels like a real successful baller millionaire
But is being fraudelent and making profit by getting money in but not giving money(=wheels) out to customers something to be proud of?

youngbimmer, take your anger somewhere else, please...you have nothing invested in 360 other than a flippant offer by them to fly you to Miami. Others on this forum have money invested and we are trying to help them...your post is not productive...you have learned enough from our other members experiences to make a different choice, so make it.

You have been waiting 3 weeks for them to "OK" it? God damn this is going to be a longer road than I thought. I have a temporary credit on my account for both charges since I disputed the charges, but the final credit will not be placed until the matter is fully investigated by my CC company and/or 360 says the chargeback is fine. Even with that, non-receival of goods will not fly with any CC company...

HRE, IForged, DPE, there are plenty of well known brands, and Wheels Botique miami all seem like the right direction IMO. Small start ups are just that....Small start ups. 360 is no exception.
