I thought it might have been due to not enough posts or some personal matters that maybe only mods and admins could view. I am glad that I am not the only person in this boat! Thank you for clearing it up and prompt response.

I guess I can go on record to say I currently have an order in with them. My invoice is dated 2/14/09.
I sent half for the deposit via certified check.
I have been in contact with Jordan and a fella named Ryan on almost a daily basis (for the last week or so). Jordan promises to deliver. I just can't get an answer as to where my order CURRENTLY stands.
I too am being optimistic and can only hope they come through.
I do wish the forums they have been banned from would have waited to do so.
At least until this matter cleared up and they processed the longest waiting orders, or worst case scenario........ closed shop as so many have rumored.

Just as a reader here, I still see this as one big 'growing pain' issue. Yeah they obviously suck at communicating, but that could be due to the serious growth this company made. Is it really possible that 15 - 20 dissatisfied customers (and maybe it's even a lower number) can burn a company down?
Delete this if this is too off-topic, but it just amazes me. There's probably more behind it than I can see...

Nobody but THE company can burn themselves down, do you job ...support the customer and this would never happen...period...they screwed up.

There is no way 360 forged could have made enough money to afford all that guys stuff so quickly. I'm sure everything was mega financed and now they can't pay the bills, sounds like the typical American.
