Yes this is true, we do have about 100 open orders right now awaiting product with about 40% of them behind schedule. All open order customers have been contacted by our customer service rep, Ryan who is working 12 hours a day to attend to any and all of their needs. All new orders from 3/1/09 are on time with the typical 3-4 week turnaround as the issues have been 100% resolved as far as production.
On a side note, there are alot of rumors spreading throughout the internet about 360 Forged going out of business, and other rediculous comments. As several moderators here on 6 speed can attest to, many of these rumors are coming from the same people or ip's using different screen names. This is coming from a small start up wheel company here in Miami who we know personally, who is trying to get 360 out of the way, as we are a major obstacle for any wheel company. Please do not listen to the rumors - we are not going anywhere, and any and all orders are being filled. There are no delays whatsoever on new orders either.
Many of you know that we are a quality wheel company who grew very quickly, maybe even too quickly and with success often comes problems as well. We've dealt with hundreds of you on a personal level, and many of you drive your vehicles with our wheels on them every day so you all should know that we are a reputable company that just went through some growing pains in order to better the companies long term growth. Expect to keep seeing us for years to come. If anyone would like to come to Miami and see our facility for yourselves and witness how we are "going out of business" feel free to give me a call, I will personally pay your airfare out of my own pocket to fly you here and spend the day with us.
Glad to hear all of the speculations lately to be false.
You guys are hands down my favorite wheel company and after having met you guys on the Gatorun I like the brand even more.
I was hoping everything that's been said has been false. I saw a few pair of your rims this past weekend at Sebring!
I will be in Miami this week starting Friday because I'm photographing Ultra, do you guys mind if I stop by your facility and maybe get a tour? I've been meaning to hop on over for months, I will finally be in town so it would work out perfectly!

Absolutely man, it would be great to see you again!
Call me or PM me to make arrangements! Jordan
Well done Jordan for jumping right in before the rumor mill got here first. Keep your eye on the prize and get these issues taken care of. Don't run from the problems - tackle them. If you do you will come out OK. We all know how fast word of mouth travels. Keeping in front will keep you on top.

Agreed, good to see the immediate reply. Hopefully this all clears up soon.
And yes, a free Miami trip would be sick

i am seriously considering these wheels but after hearing all the rumors over MBworld and corvette board, i am a little bit concerned. So now you say you will pay personally pay for airfare out of your pocket to prove otherwise. hmm. might have to take you up on that offer there.
WheelDesign wise I am more than really excited about them.
Perhaps, these rumors need to die down a bit before i gather confidence to buy.
It is between HREs and 360s. tough choice.

What a crock... I hope members are smarter than this...
I won't go on here and start an E-war, I got over that in my younger years, all i have to say is everyone should do the homework... Hopefully VISA will rectify my mistake as I did not listen to the warnings...

Evan.....Coincidently I put a deposit down early part of 2008 (year ago)for a set of wheels for a new car...was told the 4 weeks deal...months went by and I decided to go another direction....Put the deposit on Amex...had to get them involved and was eventually credited (Love Amex for this protection feature)...It's obviously not an isolated incident but the companies regular MO ....my situation was a year ago and I received the same excuses then...On a side note...this is the 1st time I've discussed this....

Wish I would have used my Amex, I wouldn't even worry at all, but I try to split charges between my 2 cards .
There are plenty of people who have been or still are in the same situation that will continue to come forward, glad to hear it worked out for you...

Evan, let's not get into this. Your order was processed on 2/18/09 by time we ironed out details. You cancelled less than 30 days later. These are custom built wheels that take time, and unfortunately we do not have a wheel microwave in the back to make them. You've been to our facility, and you know me personally and you should know as an up and coming business owner that things sometimes are not easy. Maybe you haven't learned this yet, but you will. I'm sorry that our business relationship did not work out, and I wish you nothing but the best in the future with your new business.
If I may - if you have an issue with an outstanding order with 360forged, please copy me on communication that you may have with them, we are currently working with 360forged to ensure all orders are processed.
