It would be interesting to see what Maine's budget pie chart looks like. What if the items listed were acquired and paid for in full or received as gifts prior to having to apply for food stamps? Isn't confiscation of, or a government mandated requirement to sell such items a bit draconian or even "socialistic" in principle?
