Found the missing piece! I opened up the gas tank using Rich's ow too and didnt see anything in there. So i bough this endoscope on a Has LED's on the end and an attacheable hook. Connected it to my phone and sent it down the fuel filler neck and was able to see it. Then attached some double sided tape to the end of the hook, sent it back down and the tape made contact and it came up on the first try! Probably saved a few hundred bucks, cause the next step was gonna be the dealership....
