This 2,000-HP Nth Moto Twin-Turbo Superleggera Lambo Will Blow You Away

These days, it’s not as interesting to hear that a car has one or two turbochargers on it. With all automotive brands rushing to find solutions for better fuel efficiency, forced induction engines are as popular as they’ve ever been. But that doesn’t mean all turbo cars are the same. Not even close.
Twin-turbocharged Lamborghini Gallardos are some of the most famously epic cars in the world. If you’re a car enthusiast, you have likely heard about places like Underground Racing boosting these beasts up to more than 2,000 horsepower. The exact car in this post is actually from a different aftermarket company, Nth Moto, but it’s special, because it now belongs to one of our very own 6 Speed forum members, yumaverick.

This isn’t Anthony Taylor‘s first set of turbos. He’s already been running what he calls is the world’s fastest half-mile Porsche (219.30 mph in half mile) with an 1,800HP 997 Turbo. And yet, the Gallardo is more powerful.
“As a lot of you know I’m addicted to big power cars,” Taylor said in his forum post. “I love to race/compete in Half-Mile and roll racing events around the country. I’ve owned and raced my big power 997tt for years. It’s been an amazing car and I do not have any regrets about it. I still have it in the garage and enjoy it once a week. I’ve always had the itch to add a TT Lambo to the garage. I’ve always been intrigued by Nth Moto’s (Performance shop in Minnesota) work. I feel it’s one of the cleanest and most unique shops out there. They always think outside the box and are no strangers to making cars go fast, very fast!”
A customer at Nth ordered a Gallardo, but for some reason chose to sell it, so Nth called up Taylor, and he scooped it up. It’s a 2008 Superleggera with 10,000 miles on it. It has large GTX 76-mm turbos, a billet exhaust, a roll cage, Forgeline wheels, Tillet carbon seats, Holinger Sequential transmission with air shifter, and Inconel heat shields. The rest he won’t speak about, but he said it makes about 2,400 horsepower!
According to Taylor, he recently ran at a half-mile event and got up to 205 mph on a “low boost setting.” Here’s what that sounds like:
It already has more than 2,000 horsepower, and this dude is STILL talking about the car’s potential. We can’t wait to see what he has in store. Follow the rest of the build HERE.
