How to Make a Winning Porsche Lap at Le Mans
This year, at the 24 hours of Le Mans, Audi didn’t win. Now I state that because for what seems like forever, the quad ring’s of Audi has stood atop the podium at the most famous race in the entire racing world.
But this year, things were different, Audi was left in the dust, and its sister company Porsche took the checkered flag. That’s right folks, using the new 919 Hybrid racecar, Porsche took the victory home to Stuttgart and made the entire factory ecstatic.
However, that wouldn’t have been possible without the help from all the drivers, and the pit crew. But to show you just how much luck also played into the overall win that Porsche claimed, we decided to share a quick onboard lap of the famous Circuit de la Sarthe track onboard the winning car.
Let’s just say, the people that race here, for 24 hours straight are the maddest bunch of people on the planet.
