From Summoner’s Rift to the Paddock: Porsche & Riot Games Team Up for Wild Rift

Porsche uses the 911 GT3 to meld the digital and performance world via a global partnership with Riot Games.
Stuttgart is making a major play for the digital generation, and Porsche AG has just announced a massive global partnership with Riot Games, centering on the mobile powerhouse League of Legends: Wild Rift.
While Porsche is no stranger to the gaming world, this collaboration goes beyond a simple logo placement. It’s a full-throttle integration of automotive design and high-fantasy aesthetics, culminating in a real-world 911 GT3 (992) that looks like it was driven straight out of a futuristic alien landscape.

‘Neon Daredevil Event:’ April 30 – May 28
The heart of this collab is the “Neon Daredevil” in-game event. If you’re a fan of Wild Rift, here is what you can expect to see dropping in the update:
-
The ‘Kai’Sa Skin’: A Porsche-inspired visual transformation for the champion Kai’Sa, featuring a motorsport-driven aesthetic and custom animations.
-
The Virtual 911 GT3: A dedicated in-game vehicle based on the current 911 GT3, blending Porsche’s legendary design language with the visual style of League of Legends.
-
Futuristic Racing: The update introduces high-speed competitions set on a neon-soaked alien planet.
Real-World Hardware: The Kai’Sa Livery 911 GT3
This isn’t just about pixels. Porsche has built a bespoke 911 GT3 featuring a one-off livery inspired by the Kai’Sa skin.
“The partnership with Riot Games and League of Legends: Wild Rift enables us to translate core Porsche values such as performance and driving experience into a new digital context. By combining digital creativity with real-world experiences, we are opening up new ways to engage with the global community.” — Deniz Keskin, Director Brand Management and Partnerships at Porsche
The car was recently spotted near Barcelona, Spain, filming a high-octane short film that showcases the GT3’s performance—even on sandy off-road terrain. If you want to see it in person, Porsche is hosting fan events at the Porsche Experience Centers (PEC) in Los Angeles and Shanghai.

ESport Leanings
We’ve seen Porsche lean into esports before (Overwatch 2, most famously), but the Wild Rift partnership feels different. By targeting the massive mobile gaming markets in both the US and China simultaneously, Porsche is ensuring the 911 remains the poster car for the next generation of enthusiasts.
Whether you’re a Diamond-rank jungler or just someone who appreciates a 9,000 RPM flat-six, this crossover is hard to ignore.
Is it a masterpiece of modern design, or would you stick to the classic Guards Red? Let’s hear your thoughts in the forum!
