Listen Up! Is This a Manual Jaguar F-Type at Nürburgring?
A few months back we learned that Jaguar had finally heard all our prayers and said they would finally start putting some manual transmissions back into their cars! Hooray for stick shifts! They aren’t dead!
Then we didn’t hear anything. Nothing, not a peep. No mules. No teasers. Nothing. However, we found some video that might have a few answers.

The video below shows a Jaguar F-Type running around the Nürburgring, which is nothing to really write home about, but what’s interesting is the sound of the transmission this car makes.
It’s a fairly plain version of the F-Type, no cladding, no camo, but since we are talking purely about mechanicals being changed, maybe Jaguar would go that way to throw people off.
I really hope they put a stick shift version into production. Sure the paddles are faster, but there is just something about being able to row your own gears, it makes the experience better. What do you all think, is it a manual, or just a weird sound?
