McLaren MP4-12C Joins Dubai Police Force

It’s a proverbial arms race the likes of which we can’t even begin to begin to explain.

With the Dubai police force recently acquiring in their lineup a Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari FF and a 700-horsepower Brabus-tuned Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen, it does make you wonder just exactly what sort of active duty these police force vehicles are actually performing.

At the very least, it’s you know, pretty entertaining to see high profile sports cars wearing full law enforcement markings. And with its high registration rates for other supercars including Veyrons and Koenigseggs, I’d be willing to assume the Dubai highway patrol might already be severely outgunned in this scenario.

Among the cars named above include a continuing list of other high power cruisers and bruisers, including Bentleys, more Ferraris and Mercedes’, Veyrons, Aston Martins, and their lowliest vehicle in the pack, a Camaro SS.

Honestly, there’s nothing more I’d like to do than sit in on one of the police department’s budget meetings. It’s got to be downright hilarious.
