New Audi R8 Leaked Before Debut
Ever since we saw the new Lamborghini Huracan debut, one thing and one thing only has been on our minds. When would we see the new Audi R8?
Over the past year, we’ve seen a few mules running around the Nürburgring, and others just running around in heavy camouflage. However, it’s been a while since the raging bull’s cousin has been spotted. That is until now.
In leading up to this year’s Geneva Auto Show, someone grabbed a spy shot of what appears to be the new Audi R8 up on a lift.
While we can’t be certain this is the new R8, it definitely looks like Audi’s new design language, and with Geneva only a short month away it’s very likely this is it.
As you can see from the photo, the entire front of the car has been redesigned to be much more angular and angry than its predecessor. It also appears that the last generation’s side pods have been discontinued, which would be a shame since those were pretty cool.
The car will most likely debut at Geneva so stay tuned for more news as we edge closer and closer.
