Last week was one of those weeks that reminded me what it was like to be in high school and get excited over jumping behind the wheel of a car.

It’s been almost 50 years since the original FIAT 124 Spider came out. This summer, the Mazda MX-5 Miata’s Italian cousin is coming back for the 2017 model year in three trim levels: Classica, Lusso, and Abarth.

There are used car lots, dealerships, fancy showrooms, and there there is this—the world’s happiest and cutest car dealership.

What’s a Miata? The name sounds familiar, but nothing is coming to mind. Doesn’t really matter when there’s a Abarth 124 Spider staring at you with its big beautiful googly eyes.
