This is All That’s Left of a McLaren 650S

Imagine yourself test driving a new McLaren 650S. It’s your dream car. It has power, style, and doors that scissor up like a concept car. It’s futuristic and you’ve just got to have one. The nice McLaren salesman takes you around to go for a test drive through some lovely British B roads. Everything is wonderful.
Then all of a sudden, you lose grip, and the supercar slides out from under you and into a tree. You’re now unconscious, and the car starts on fire. It’s the scariest moment of your life, and you are helpless. If this story scared you, then just be glad it wasn’t you. Last week, a British McLaren salesman took one of this clients out for a test drive that neither will forget for a long time.
Lee Christian, the McLaren salesman, was sitting shotgun when his client veered off the side of the road and straight into a tree. The car immediately caught fire and the client was essentially trapped. Christian, by some miraculous luck was uninjured and totally conscious. He saw that the car was engulfing in flames and acted quickly. He unhooked his client, dragged him out of the burning supercar a full 100 feet, and managed to save them both before the fire completely melted the car to the ground.
It’s one of the bravest stories I’ve heard in a while, and the man definitely deserves our respect. Can you imagine though, being stuck in a burning supercar? Nightmare inducing.
