This charred and smoking mess was once a Ferrari FF. It’s also the start of a trend, as this is the third FF to have caught fire at random. Germany was a the first to have an FF burning on the freeway and China was the second. The car caught fire while driving along Poland’s A4 highway and, luckily, the owner was able to pull off the side of the road. Surprisingly, he also had fire extinguisher with him in the car and was able to slow the flame until firefighters arrived on the scene.
Hopefully it won’t take Ferrari another three burned cars for them to issue a recall like it did for the 458 Italia. At the very least they could make a statement that they’re examining the issue.
