Twin Turbo Gallardo and 1250hp GT-R Hit the Streets in Russia

 

Not long ago, I mentioned the rivalry between the cars from Underground Racing and AMS in passing. I didn’t know that the very next day there would be a video proving my point exactly. While the Gallardo in this video isn’t tuned to the same 1750hp that the other one was, it’s making enough power to propel it far from the reaches of sanity. And this GT-R… Well, just watch the video.

We suspect there was something wrong with the Gallardo though. We’ve seen similarly tuned ones in other videos with much better results. That doesn’t make hitting 264 mph on the highway any less impressive. Or insane. That highway is pretty damp, and there’s traffic.
