84 carrera LWFW stalling problem

I have an '84 carrera, 3.4 liter with twin ignition and LWFW. The car is awesome, but when I run the AC it frequently stalls at idle. I have been told this is due to the LWFW. Anyone know of any fixes for this or have similar issues?

hotsauce is infamous around these parts
I guess that would make sense, but that would be a VERY light flywheel. Essentially, the flywheel is holding the momentum of the engine in between firings. So a heavier flywheel would hold more momentum (Harder to stall, but RPMs move slower), whereas a lighter flywheel will give you a "snappier" throttle response (As well as faster falling RPMs between shifts), yet be easier to stall.

I find it kind of hard to believe that the A/C is really putting that much more load on the motor. Perhaps a twisted belt or some other constriction is causing the A/C to draw more load than normal....

What's the weight of the current and stock flywheel?

I don't know the exact weight but it's the lightweight racing flywheel for the carrera engine. Jerry Woods built the engine....it's awesome. But it does drop the rpm very quickly....with the AC on, the rpm drops to the point that it stalls. I've adapted a dash pot that essentially "catches" the throttle at the very bottom of its return and that works "ok" but I'd like a real fix if anyone knows of one. Thanks
