Certificate of Authenticity For 1975 Porche Turbo 911

To whom it may concern,

I have a 1975 911S Coupe. Production completion date 10/1974. It was an import. I paid to do a Certificate of Authenticity with Porsche here in the states, and they can not confirm the engine number or transmission number with the vin of the vehicle. I am trying to get help with getting a COA. My local Porsche dealership said they can not get the information since it was destined for Belgium and was an import. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction in getting this verified for me?
