Do you put the protective film on your cars or not?? hood, front end, rocker panels?

 

Yes I did.
Hood, front end, rocker panels and mirrors.
But I live in the snowbelt, there is lots of salts in the streets early in the spring and probably more year round than the southern states. They do wash the streets but it's never perfect.

 

Without hesitation: DO IT!!!!

Mine is being done at the Dealer prior to me taking delivery. I would do the front half (A pillar forward), not the half hood thing.

 

Sounds like a definite "To Do"--front half!

 

If you live in areas like talked about here, it is a necessity. I live along the gulf coats, and have never down anything but wax my cars, and they did great without all that extra stuff. I plan on tracking the TT I have ordered, and will be installing a bra on this one...a must for trackers

If you do opt for it, go with a full hood and full front fenders option so you do not have that typical line going across the stretch of the hood.

My entire car was clear bra'd by Premier several years ago and it still looks incredible.

 

I have it on the entire front of my C4S... its saved my front end a bunch of times. No matter where you live, something will happen and it will keep your paint protected. I live in NYC and use it as a daily driver, so its definitely a necessity.
